To begin your custom order, please fill out the information below and describe in detail exactly what you are looking for.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any order we are unable to fulfill.

•    Out of Stock Items: If you are ordering a design that is currently out of stock, we will do our best to recreate it.

However, some colors or ornaments may be substituted based on our available supplies.
•    Bulk Orders: If this is a bulk order for a Wedding or Special Event, please specify this in your subject line.

Payment & Policy
Full payment is required for all custom orders. No exceptions.
Once we confirm your order details, we will email you a link to a private payment section on our website.

Work will only begin once full payment is received.

Please note that all custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once payment has been processed.
