Lucy Musical Tree

The foundation of this piece is a natural grapevine garland base held together by some wire/metal. The core dimensions are approximately 18 inches high (dimensions will vary depending on the topper we use) and 7 inches wide (not including any decorations).

Our trees are an investment in quality and here’s why:

The cost reflects the use of premium supplies, including specialty ornaments, detailed figurines and a quality music box. Most importantly we build our pieces on a natural grapevine base, chosen for their superior durability and strength. We avoid cheap shortcuts like plastic, Styrofoam, cardboard or all metal wire bases. We do use some wire to help form the tree or hold the grapevine garland together. We prioritize rustic elegance and stability ensuring that your tree base is built to last and requires zero maintenance. The only maintenance is changing the batteries. 

Special Note: We keep a limited stock of our handmade trees but are always willing to create more for you. Please note that no two trees are identical. While your custom piece will closely resemble the original, we reserve the right to vary the specific decorations to maintain the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of every tree we craft.

Refunds are reviewed on an individual basis and are only issued for severe damage incurred during shipping.

• Damage Protocol: You must contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged. The item must be returned to us before a refund can be issued. We will work with the shipping carrier (usually UPS) to fulfill their claim requirements before a refund is finalized.
• Buyer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and this amount is non-refundable. If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in product value.
• No Returns: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any custom work. Please keep this in mind when placing a custom order.
• Outdoor Use: Products used outdoors are subject to weather damage, for which we cannot issue a refund.

Your order usually ships within 3–5 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated based on our true cost, which includes the item's weight, dimensions, selected shipping method, and delivery distance.

Why don't we offer free shipping? We believe in transparent pricing. We keep our product prices as low as possible and refuse to hide shipping costs within the price of our items. You only pay the actual cost required to ship your order.
