Usually ships within 3-5 business days. Shipping rates are based on our actual cost of shipping an order to your selected destination and a variety of other factors. While shipping rates steadily increase over time due to inflation and increased labor and material costs, the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the supply chain in multiple ways and thus caused shipping costs to rise exponentially The cost is usually calculated taking the weight and dimensions of your items into account as well as the shipping method selected, materials and the distance your order will need to travel. We are often asked why we do not offer free shipping or coupon codes for shipping. Our reason is simple: we strive to offer quality products at the lowest prices possible, and therefore we do not build shipping costs into our prices as many retailers do.

Customer satisfaction is very important and we will be happy to respond to any questions or concerns you have. Refunds are considered on an individual basis. Refunds will be issued only due to damage (please contact us immediately), once merchandise is returned to us. We are happy to work out a settlement with the shipper...usually UPS and will issue a full refund, providing their requirements for a damage claim are fulfilled. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return shipping is your responsibility and that amount will not be refunded. There is, however, NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM WORK. Please keep this in mind when you custom order items. I don't accept exchanges or cancellations. If using our trees for outside use, just know that the weather will damage the product over time and we will not issue a refund for that.
